High-end professional video production can be costly, so if you are having budget constraints, we recommend reserving high-end video for customers further along in the journey so that you get a higher ROI. However, if you do have the budget for a high-end production, the subject should focus on the interests and lifestyle of your target customer, and definitely appeal to their dreams of their future selves.

To be found by new people in the Discovery level, we recommend short home-made authentic style video clips to be published on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. You should be sure to focus on the customer’s desire, problem, or future self, in relation to your product, and use hash tags and keywords in the title and description that will help you get discovered organically.

We had no idea that we needed an animal sanctuary in our lives, that is until Dan McKernan started posting videos on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tiktok of rescued farm animals nibbling on his hat, and clearly showing affection for him. By demonstrating that these animals feel deeply, have emotions, and experience joy, Dan provided us with something we didn’t know we needed, which is a connection to the animal world that is reciprocal.  Each of his posts linked back to his website where we could learn about his farm and make a donation.
